Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for dealer returned parts for imported vehicle first level triage.
- PRAS plus database updates on returned parts.
- Proactively participates in short loop for first level triage report out and follow up.
- Assists in Root Cause through first level triage.
- Leads Cross Regional Warranty Table report development and presentation for NA Market.
- Assists with Imported Vehicle root cause analysis at QEC with Engineering.
- Utilizes Quality Databases Quantic, Palantir, DealerConnect, StarParts, etc to mine data for Root Cause Analysis.
- Bachelor degree in Automotive Technology or related Engineering field from an accredited university.
- 3+ years' experience in engineering, manufacturing, supplier operations or quality.
- Project management skills.
- Organized and goal oriented.
