Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end development of new insurance products and enhancements to existing offerings.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product specifications, development strategies, and ensures technical requirements are translated and understood by key stakeholders.
Ensure the product development complied with regulatory requirements and product filings.
Develop and maintain product documentation including user requirements, user stories, and training materials.
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on data analysis and customer feedback.
Support the launch of new products through training, marketing, and operational readiness.
Act as a subject matter expert on the operation of insurance products and provide guidance to internal teams.
