Job Description
We’re expanding beyond sofa covers into new home and lifestyle solutions, and we’re looking for a Product Sourcing & Development Executive to help us make that happen.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll spend most of your time working with suppliers, comparing options, and managing components and products from early samples through to launch. You’ll also support the product innovation team by conducting market and competitor research, making prototypes, running user tests, analysing feedback, and keeping documentation organised so the team can make clear, fast decisions.
