The Product Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring product initiatives are insight-led, well-governed, and effectively executed. This includes supporting product discovery, maintaining delivery discipline, monitoring commercial performance, and ensuring roadmap transparency across cross-functional teams.
The role requires an individual who can balance innovation with operational rigour, someone comfortable identifying growth opportunities while ensuring structured execution and clear reporting.

• Conduct structured competitor and market analysis to inform product decisions
