Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding our software products in depth, conducting market and competitor research, and presenting product features clearly to existing and potential customers.
This role requires someone who can learn the product thoroughly, understand customer needs, explain features in simple business language, and support the sales and internal teams with strong product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Develop complete understanding of the company’s software products, features, workflows, and use cases.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer expectations, and business needs.
