Product Specialist - Med tech

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on our hematology, chemistry, and reagent products, as well as associated machines and equipment.
• Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support to customers, including laboratory technicians, clinicians, and purchasing decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting and selling our products, including attending trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products in the medical technology industry.
• Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on product performance, customer requirements, and opportunities for improvement.
