Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customer service standards.
• Monitor stocks levels, replenishment, and proper handling following FEFO policy.
• Check shelf service levels, expiration dates, and ensure collect labeling.
• Implement promotions and provide updates on the product movement and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness, fixtures, and displays in the assigned area.
• Prepare reports on near-expiry items, damages/losses, and promotion execution.
