The Product Strategy, Principal is an individual contributor role within Dayforce’s Strategy function and part of a small, high-performing team within the broader Strategy, Product, and Technology organization. Reporting to the VP, Strategy and Operations, this role leads the product strategy layer of the function, including product portfolio management and investment prioritization, product P&L and performance management, roadmap governance, and build‑buy‑partner strategy. This role serves as a key connector between strategic intent, product investment decisions, roadmap development, and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate combines deep product fluency, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities.
