Job Description
Farm Machinery & Implements Product Support and Sales Specialist
As a Product Support and Sales Specialist for farm machinery, you serve as the vital technical link between leading agricultural equipment brands and the end-users—farmers, cooperatives, and agro-enterprises. Primary goal is to drive revenue growth while ensuring farmers can effectively operate and maintain their machinery, such as tractors, ploughs, and harvesters.
Major role is to seamlessly integrates sales execution, customer training, and technical troubleshooting to foster brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution & Business Development
Lead Generation: Target and engage with commercial farms, cooperatives, SACCOs, and smallholder farmers to identify their mechanization needs.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct practical field demonstrations to showcase the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ROI of machinery like tractors, planters, and silage choppers. ...
