Product Technical Support Engineer, Grinding Mills

What you'll do

• Own and maintain lubrication and drive train specifications for Horizontal Grinding Mill products
• Provide technical expertise across hydraulic, lubrication and drive systems
• Support project delivery, sourcing and on-site teams with technical guidance and troubleshooting
• Review technical deviations, manufacturing quality issues and component replacements
• Participate in product development, engineering improvements and risk assessments
• Support technical investigations into product failures and performance issues
• Develop and maintain engineering tools, standards and documentation
• Deliver technical training to internal teams, suppliers and customers
• Work closely with global stakeholders to improve efficiency, quality and execution processes
