About the role -
- Based in the south eastern suburbs of MELBOURNE, Victoria, Australia.
- Mon to Friday with standard working hours

About your duties -
- Lead product and packaging development projects from concept to execution.
- Formulate new products and ensure compliance with Food Standards Code.
- Scale up lab-developed products to full manufacturing with detailed specifications.
- Conduct and report on factory trials and experimental designs.
- Maintain accurate product specs, labelling, and BOM data.
- Provide technical support across product development disciplines.
- Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams during trials and investigations.
- Respond to technical queries from internal and external stakeholders.
