Job Description
What You’ll Do
Deliver engaging training sessions, refreshers, and upskilling programs
Create and update training modules, job aids, and knowledge base content
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for products, processes, and policies
Conduct assessments, skills validation, and gap analysis
Partner with Quality Assurance & Operations to improve performance
Provide floor support and help resolve real-time concerns
Plan and manage training calendars and programs
What We’re Looking For
Experience in training delivery within a call center/BPO setup
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Background in technical, product, or communication training
Knowledge in MS Office and basic technical concepts (hardware/software)
Analytical, proactive, and passionate about people development
