What We Are Looking For

Purpose of the Job : The Production Administrator Intern will provide dedicated support to Plant managers in monitoring variances and ensuring stock accuracy. The Intern will work closely with the Works Order Administrator and production teams to strengthen compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Assist Plant Managers with variance tracking and reconciliation. Support stock accuracy initiatives, including data verification and reporting. Work alongside the Works Order Administrator to process and monitor works orders. Provide administrative and analytical support for production records. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve discrepancies. Prepare basic reports and summaries for management review. Adheres and implements Rheinmetall Denel Munitions Policies and Procedures and ensures compliance to ISO Standards with respect to SHE/Quality/Environmental/Energy.
