Production administrator intern- paint shop

Purpose of the job: The Production Administrator Intern will assist in most administrative work around production, providing support for Process, Quality, Safety and maintenance paperwork, and dedicated support to Plant Managers and Snr Supervisors in monitoring variances and ensuring stock accuracy. The intern will work closely with the Works Order Administrator and production teams to strengthen compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency. Interns will also assist in ensuring implementation of the new track and trace system, which will link raw data with the direct production. Key Responsibilities Assist Plant Managers with variance tracking and reconciliation. Support stock accuracy initiatives, including data verification and reporting.
