Role Overview
Manage the Production Engineering and Test team, encouraging high performance and a culture of continuous improvement
Implement lean manufacturing practices and optimise production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Introduce and support digital solutions and AI tools to improve decision-making, quality, and productivity
Maintain compliance with high-reliability manufacturing standards, including AS
Develop engineering strategies and roadmaps aligned with the company's long-term objectives
