The role of a Process Technician II is to execute production processes within a cell, independently perform tasks, and contribute to meeting production objectives. The technician adheres to Kaizen, working instructions, and company policies, and is cross‑trained within the cell or in other cells. Responsibilities include sampling checks for new hires during stage 2 training when the trainer is absent.
Performance is measured against quality, quantity, and deadline targets. The technician may assist with incident or accident investigations, identifying root causes and supporting risk assessments.
