Job Title: Production Associate I – Door Shop

Pay & FSLA Status: $23-$25/hr., D.O.E.; Hourly non-exempt

Regular Schedule & Shift: Monday - Friday; Day shift; 7:00am-3:30pm, OT as required.

Regular Weekly Hours: Full-time/40 hours per week (overtime as needed)

Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours accrued year 1; 120 hours accrued annually after year 1

Paid Sick Time: 1 hour earned for every 40 hours worked

Management Position: No

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our level I Production Associates work within our door shop, utilizing saws, routers, pneumatic tools, and other small hand tools and power equipment to efficiently and safely machine and assemble pre-fabricated doors and components in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for the provided order paperwork and established quality expectations.
