PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monday - Friday, some Saturday possible; 5:00am - 01:30pm, hours may varyFollow all plant and corporate safety and food safety policies and procedures. Report safety incidents to supervisor/management immediately.
Report food safety concerns to supervisor/management immediately. Read and understand formula sheets.Complete formula sheets with accurate and legible information.Operate the water meter, including adjusting temperature and dispense.Operate the flour scale, including requesting flour and discharging flour to correct bowl.Operate the mixers, including loading the bowl, operate timers, and oiling dough.Mix doughs accurately, including scaling ingredients, mixing the dough, and completing paperwork.Communicate with other Mixers, Production Supervisor, Foreman 2.Read and understand production sched...
