- Manage overall production schedules to ensure timely delivery and smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and control production activities in coordination with related departments (production, quality assurance, procurement, logistics, etc.).
- Handle and operate production control systems (ERP/MRP or in-house systems) to track materials, production status, and inventory.
- Analyze production data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize workflow.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Act as a liaison between management and shop floor staff to resolve issues and ensure continuous improvement.
