Summary You will service as a PORDUCTION CONTROLLER (SHIPS) in the Business Operations Division; Business and Strategic Planning Office, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME. Responsibilities You will be the liaison between the Shipyard and its customers by directing and managing efforts during on-yard and off-yard submarine availabilities. You will be responsible for monitoring and keeping informed of progress of the work, monitoring the status of funds and anticipating and resolving problem areas. You will execute the Financial Control processes of the Advanced Industrial Management Program. You will screen initial requests for performance of work in the light of workload capacity, capability, and general policy. You will determine the status and estimate the completion date of work in progress and provide periodic reports of work status to the customer.
