**Role Summary**
- Ensure compliance with the production program in the plant, complying with established work methods and process controls and coordinating the support functions for the fulfillment of plant objectives in safety, productivity, and quality.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop the staff under their charge so that they can perform the assigned tasks in accordance with the provisions of the technical skills of the position and specific needs of the area.
- Manage the production staff so that no Production Team Leader is left unprotected to meet the production schedule.
- Support production team leaders in solving major problems, raising those that cannot be controlled with the current resources assigned.
