Production Editor (Princeton, NJ Hybrid)

**Overview**

HarperCollins is currently seeking a Production Editor in the Adult Harper imprint group to handle production editorial process on a wide variety of titles, both fiction and nonfiction, representing a broad and diverse collection of voices, cultures, and perspectives. This a hybrid position based in our Princeton office. Employee will be expected to report to the office at least three days per week.

**Responsibilities**

With minimal supervision, the Production Editor handles production editorial work from manuscript through bound book for a variety of formats, including one-, two-, and four-color books, cookbooks, novels, and nonfiction titles across varied genres and subject matter.

+ Assesses and styles manuscripts using proprietary Microsoft Word and Harper’s proprietary software, for copyediting, design, and composition.
