As a Production Employee in Lelystad, you will help manufacture hollow-core slabs – essential concrete components used in modern residential and commercial construction. You’ll work in a two-shift system. This is a physically active and varied role: you’ll create openings in wet concrete using hand tools, perform preparatory work to meet strict quality standards, and ensure your workspace is clean and safe.
