Job Description

We are seeking Production Employees to join our Production Department in Luckenwalde. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team where every member is trained to master the entire production cycle. Your entry point will leverage your expertise in GMP-compliant processes and clean room environments. As part of our One-Team philosophy, you will also be trained to operate our automated process control systems (PCS7), to ensure team flexibility.


Your Tasks:

  • Clean Room Excellence: Working in the clean room in compliance with hygiene regulations; performing sampling and visual inspections.

  • GMP Compliance: Ensuring a trouble-free and GMP-compliant production process; careful documentation of production steps according to GMP specifications.

  • Documentation & Quality: Monitoring of relevant process and quality parameters; careful documentation of production steps in accordance with GMP specifications.
