Job Description
Overview
Our client seeks a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineer to join their dynamic hardware team. The successful candidate will coordinate data transfer between suppliers and developers, ensure effective communication on critical issues, support development and R&D procurement, produce cost estimates, update data packs, conduct testing and debugging, and contribute to the design and optimization of production procedures and equipment.
Responsibilities
Includes the following but is not limited to:
- Act as a key liaison between suppliers and developers, facilitating effective communication on critical issues including but not limited to engineering design changes;
- Play a key role in Development / R&D procurement-related activities;
- Produce and update cost estimates for development activities to contribute to the company budgeting process;
- Provide support for product owners to keep data packs updated;
