Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement design and process improvements within a production environment
- Translate engineering concepts into practical, production-ready solutions
- Develop and maintain accurate manufacturing and inspection drawings
- Act as a key technical support to production teams, resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Drive seamless design transfer and manage engineering change processes
- Perform validation and verification of equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance
