Job Description

Introduction:
WHA1 Pluak Daeng, Rayong
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage workplace safety within the production area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing preventive measures to minimize workplace accidents
Control and monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements
Plan, monitor, and follow up on production schedules and delivery plans to ensure on-time completion and fulfillment of production targets
Manage production costs and implement cost reduction initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity
Maintain and continuously improve workplace management standards, including 6S implementation and housekeeping activities
Supervise production personnel on a daily basis, including manpower allocation, training, performance monitoring, and work schedule management
