- Manage and control the Production Engineering / Maintenance team to achieve factory targets.
- Plan, control, and monitor maintenance work for the entire machinery system (Preventive / Predictive / Breakdown Maintenance).
- Analyze causes of machine failure (Machine Failure Analysis) and define systematic countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
- Control machinery to ensure operational readiness, reduce downtime, and improve production efficiency (OEE Improvement).
- Manage and control spare parts (Spare Parts Management) for optimal use and cost.
- Supervise machinery repair work within the RMC factory to meet standards.
- Coordinate with Vendors / Makers when external support is required.
- Ensure operations comply with ISO 13485 and other company standards.
- Review and approve team maintenance plans / machinery improvement plans.
