Job Description
StormGeo is looking for a Production Executive to support the day‑to‑day operations of FPM customer and vessel accounts. In this role, you will help ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with established KPIs and procedures.
You will work closely with project managers, product teams, developers, and customers to support FPM systems, deliver operational reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
This position is based in Singapore .
Main Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily FPM customer and vessel account setups to support business objectives and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all FPM customer and vessel setups are completed within specified KPIs and in compliance with established procedures and systems.
