Production Floater 

Location: Northampton, MA (175 Industrial Drive)

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour (W-2)

Schedule: 
1st shift preferred (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 30-minute lunch)
2nd and 3rd shift candidates will also be considered
Position Overview
Seeking reliable and detail-oriented  Production Floaters to support manufacturing operations within its Ceramics division. This role involves hands-on production work from raw materials through finished goods, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Work safely at all times while following company safety policies and procedures
Support end-to-end production processes including  mixing, extrusion, drying, cutting, and firing
