Job Description
SUMMARY:
- POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a Production Foreman with the following background: Educational background:
- Grade 12 or relevant NQF4 equivalent.
- Production Foreman / Qualified Tradesman with strong operational production management leadership
- Relevant or similar tertiary technical qualification in production management
- 5 years’ experience in production environment including experience in manufacture of cement/concrete based products
- Knowledge of OHS and ISO standards
- Effective and complete running of Production, Technical, Industrial Relations, Safety, Quality and Training of employees in the Business Unit
- Weekly production planning with Business Manager and Sales staff
- Daily monitoring of actual production against the planned targets
