Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Lead Operator to join our TEAM! As the Lead Operator, we need someone who is ready to operate any piece of equipment in the absence of any personnel on shift and is able to supervise the MDF/HDF raw board production crew in the absence of the Shift Supervisor.
