Job Description

Job Summary
To support the Shift Supervisor in ensuring the Manufacturing Area is running efficiently and working to priorities. Will be responsible for Managing all operators assigned to their Cell.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The job holder is aware of all relevant procedures as per company policy that apply to the position covered by this job description

Manage the Cell against LDMS targets, understanding gaps to target and formulate action plan

Organisation of cell labour against production priorities

Performance and Line manage operators assigned to the Cell

Responsible for checking and signing off all operator down time

Responsible for ensuring hourly checks are undertaking in terms of output and quality, to be documented on the West Monitoring Network

Lead and drive yield & quality with interdepartmental assistance
