Enhance production and lead your team as a Production Leadhand at Stage Windows & Doors. This full-time role focuses on high-quality door manufacturing and team support.
Reporting to the Assistant Plant Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations in the door production area. Your focused leadership will ensure effective workflow, timely delivery, and safety compliance while creating an accountable team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assign roles and support team members on the production floor
• Train newcomers on equipment, processes, and safety
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges promptly
• Ensure all production meets customer specifications
• Enforce safety policies and report hazards swiftly
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
