Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels.
- Ensure optimal use of equipment, materials, and workforce to meet production targets.
- Supervise production line activities including assembly, packaging, and testing.
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes to maintain high yields, reduce scrap, and ensure throughput targets are met.
- Monitor constraint equipment utilization and take actions to improve it.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
- Work closely with Quality and Engineering departments to address process deviations, non‑conformance, and corrective actions.
- Support internal and external audits.
