Airswift is looking for a Production Manager to work on a permanent contract in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, Mexico, with a drilling services company.
The role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of hydrocarbon production across all Bacab-Lum assets through integrated planning, supervision, and optimization of wells, facilities, and artificial lift systems, aligning industry best practices with the company's operational, financial, and safety objectives.ResponsibilitiesDirect and supervise all production activities well, ensuring compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly plans.Ensure the safe and continuous operation of production systems, adhering to QHSE standards and current regulations.Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators (BPD, uptime, production increase, OPEX/BOE, operational efficiency).
