Job Description
The Production Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to the production of goods and services in the company. He/she works closely with other managers and team leaders to ensure that production objectives are met and efficiency is maintained in the production process.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for quality control in the production departments.
Finding ways to do what the organization has defined as important.
Planning the work to be done.
Provide feedback and coaching to supervisors.
Must thrive and see value in a leadership role.
Train supervisors and empower them.
