Job Description
Production Manager
You will lead and inspire manufacturing teams to act in a safety‑first manner and deliver high‑quality products to our customers.
Your role
- You are responsible for managing the production operation with focus on Safety & wellbeing, Quality, Customer Service and Costs, ensuring all product lines attain due dates and reduce potential missed customer orders.
- You drive development within the department to ensure a cross‑trained team at Production line manager and Operator levels, accounting for succession planning and identification of future leaders.
- You carry out regular broad load trend analysis to optimize capacity plans and maintain the optimal level of direct staff, reviewing departmental utilisation & efficiency and identifying root causes of lost productivity.
