Summary of the role:

We are seeking a Production Manager the assembly of complex electro-mechanical devices and ensure effective production planning within an S&OP framework, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, manufacturable solutions.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinating an end-to-end supply chain approach covering production planning, component procurement, assembly, quality control, and logistics
• Leading production teams and applying engineering expertise in the assembly of electro-mechanical devices
• Creating and managing production and demand plans within an S&OP framework
• Implementing Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline production processes
