Your impact

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of approximately 45 employees, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability
• Drive performance across safety, quality, cost, and delivery (SQCD) targets
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Operational Excellence) to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Manage budgets and optimize resources to support business objectives
• Act as
