CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan and organize the workload for subordinate employees to meet negotiated shipment due dates.
- Ensures all raw materials used in the production process are in stock and prepared for use to maintain a consistent high level of production.
- Ensures that a system is in place to identify raw materials, both before and after processing, and ensures that subordinate employees can easily identify the materials.

- Ensure a safe work environment by identifying and mitigating hazards and unsafe work practices and through administration the company's injury and illness prevention program.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Assists in collecting data, providing metrics and supports audits to demonstrate compliance.
