Role Summary
The role is responsible of identifying and implementing efficiency improvement initiatives, quality complaints reduction and process automation opportunities. You will focus on creating opportunities for various Production aspects, such as resource optimization, cost reduction, technological advancement, efficiency improvement, quality control, team’s training and process automation.
The position is responsible for resource planning and optimization, review and establish plans and strategies to uplift operations, training and mentoring the team, product development & Innovation support, implementing and directing the production activities of the company in a designated area to achieve the production objectives.
