Production manager - personal care

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (chemistry, chemical engineering, engineering, manufacturing or related field) Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements and quality management systems (with specific reference to ISO 22716 (GMP for Cosmetics) Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be able to accurately calculate and prepare costings for formulations.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee all Research and Development projects from brief to final product. Develop and formulate new projects; evaluate and provide recommendations regarding the application of new ingredients and processing technologies. Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process for personal care, including compounding. Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing schedules to meet demand forecasts and delivery deadlines.
