Production manager

At Fragrance Science, we are entering a very exciting stage. We have recently launched our new industrial campus near Barcelona: 23,000 m² dedicated to fragrance production, product development and the next phase of growth of the company. After several years of very strong growth, we are now looking for a hands-on Production Manager to take a key role in our manufacturing organization. This is not a “corporate” production role. We are looking for someone who enjoys the reality of the factory: people, shifts, batches, priorities, quality, safety, delivery, discipline, continuous improvement and daily operational execution. The role will be critical in helping us scale our production capabilities, strengthen our industrial routines, develop our teams and support the next chapter of Fragrance Science.
