Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Production Manager.
**What you'll do**:**Primary Function**:Manufacturing management control, involved on scheduling, planning and strategies to improve resources and maximize efficiency.Establish overall of the manufacturing shop floor at the ES-A Tijuana facility.Problem solver and drive for results.The position drives continuous improvement in production, quality, and safety while utilizing the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).
**Essential Functions**:1 Broad responsibilities and leadership of a SMT, electronisc assembly & testing manufacturing with overall accountability for performance of unit.2
Direct production, management of budgets, manning, capacity planning abd equipment utilization.3
