Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Production Manager will be a key member of the site leadership team responsible for leading the production team in safely producing quality food that meets our customers’ current and future expectations.
Work Location: 303 Milo Road, Wheatley, Ontario
Salary Range: 90k - 140k

- Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring and training while supervising and indirectly coordinating activities of 120+ employees
- Involved with setting and executing strategic goals/plans for the Company
- Manage and oversee the production process and all sanitation activities
