Job Description
Resonetics is seeking detail-oriented **Production Operators / Assemblers** to work in a clean, climate-controlled environment handling small, precision components. This role requires strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work with microscopes, tweezers, and laser equipment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble small, delicate components using tools such as tweezers
+ Operate laser cutting machines (load parts, align via computer, and initiate process)
+ Perform quality inspections using microscopes and magnifying equipment
+ Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
+ Handle post-processing, inspection, and shipping tasks
+ Work in a clean room environment when required (wearing clean room suit)
+ Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in production
