Key Responsibilities
- Batch & Blending Formulation : Assemble batches and operate all blenders per formulation sheets. Clean and load batches into blenders as assigned.
- Plastic Extrusion Line Operation :
- Set up, run, and monitor plastic extrusion lines to ensure consistent product flow and quality.
- Perform in-process inspections and continuously adjust machine settings to maintain optimal production rates.
- Troubleshoot and correct line stoppages or issues in real time to minimize downtime.
