  Overview 
 Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Shift Foreman to oversee the manufacturing operations of our sugar production plant in KZN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sugar industry and proven leadership skills to effectively manage a team of production workers.
 Responsibilities:
 Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines
 Supervise and direct a team of production workers to ensure smooth operations and output quality
 Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
 Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
 Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to prevent recurring problems
