Supervise production activities by ensuring that products are produced and packaged in correct quantities in accordance with agreed specifications Ensure products are produced according to quality standards Record products produced and problems encountered during shift to ensure the smooth changeover of shifts accurately Manage non-performance and disciplinary issues on shift with HR/Production Manager Ensure all employees understand and follow company policies and procedures Ensure all employees work in a safe manner by following company health, safety and housekeeping regulations Lead the team, ensure team works together as efficiently as possible, assess training needs of staff and coordinate training with Production Manager/ HR.
